Rice balls, haha! Sticky rice balls! Saying that just cracks me up!

Our housewarming party is this Saturday night. We've got our minds set on what finger foods to make and one of them is sticky rice balls. I'll be serving grilled shrimp with a lemon, fresh pepper and sea salt dipping sauce. I thought some sticky rice balls would go well with that. Steven isn't so sure I can pull this recipe off. Will let you know once the verdict is in from my partygoers.
