20 April 2009

It was an 84 degrees kind of day here.  I wore a T-shirt outside today!  ???????????  I'm still in shock...more later.

It has been uncharacteristically chilly over here -- actually, the prettiest spring I can remember. Because of all the rain, the fields are especially green and the blooms are vibrant. The redbuds were followed by the dogwoods and easter lilies -- now the azaleas and irises are in full bloom.

We have a band concert tonight celebrating history -- should be interesting. We could use another flute.

Same here...I have some easter lilies in my apartment and all sorts of plants. But outside, its an amazing burst of color and change. I'm in awe of it right now.

Not too much shaking on my end.

hehe. Glad it was lovely, the concert that is. What was the history lesson?

I just pampered myself with a bath. I'm just sitting here on the sofa feeling the soft breeze come into the apartment.

So...I am working very hard to get my 2 contracts back so I make my TRI. yaya! This time, I have to just pretend I never got a bonus and save that money.

I play my flute from time to time. I'd love to get a new one. The one I have has my name engraved on it since, was I, in the 12 years old? xo Bought from a Gary Unger (sp?)... see my memory isn't that cob webby like!
