did you know there is a specific word to describe the sound a creek makes as the water meanders in and out of the rocks? it is called "purling," much like the knitting term.

We had some darn good lasagne on Saturday evening followed by a lovely bit of ice cream and tea. On the birthday-day, food was excellent once again. I think she had a nice birthday.
