some sound womanly advice - taking nonsteroidal anti-flammatory drugs such as ibuprofen, can help reduce pain and lower your progesterone levels among the obvious. and during my routine visit to the doctor, i was told i am 5' 8" and a half feet tall. what? have i shrunk? have i been lying all this time? i thought i was taller? and fully clothed, i weight 153 on the scale. what, eh? that can't be right! those old scales made out of rock should all be tossed.
