pink and yellow spekkies!

Tomorrow, the Dutch celebrate Queen's Day. Thinking back on my Dutch heritage, I am reminded of a candy my grandmother would keep a huge stash of and store on the top shelf because she knew that I had little, sticky fingers. Spekkies are sort of like the Dutch version of marshmallows. Happy royal Friday everyone!
