Are you getting that fancy camera of yours or has someone offerred to purchase one of your lovely pictures? Am I getting warmer??
Don't neglect the idea of buying a vintage mechanical shutter manual focus for a backup (and a bunch of film), just in case there is period of electricity/battery shortages. Once the power-grid starts hiccuping, digital photography will be a source of immense frustration.
