Meet another mushroom.

One of my goals for 2009 is to pay more attention to my surroundings. This little guy almost got trampled on today. Hanging out all by its lonesome, it stood not even 2 inches tall. It needed to have its photo taken. I kept taking photo after photo while guffawing with Steven on who would take the better shot - he thinks he is better than me and of course I think quite the opposite - but couldn't stop myself from taking more photos of the little mushyroom. Later in the afternoon, the two of us walked back home hand in hand. What do you do on a two and a half hour walk? We played silly car games, forced one another into puddles and last but not least plummeted into conversation after conversation. We both love to go on long walks and we both love the outdoors. I'm trying to muster up the energy to begin working on a turkey burger dinner! Mush, mush Natalie, your tummy is trying to tell you something!
