I miss my first apartment. Actually there is more to that first apartment (see photo on left, the link to my first apartment was actually my second. Please read on for a better explaination). I rented from this guy who owned twin buildings that were only three stories high. He was renting out apartments in both buildings. I moved into the third floor in one of the buildings only to move a year later into the same apartment in the other building. He had begun to do some work in the building I used to live in and was converting them into condos. The next apartment I moved into is cool but it's still not like my first (two) apartments. My thoughts are leaning towards moving back to the NW/23rd area or a house near Multnomah Village or somewhere in the 30s to 80s stretch of Southeast? Too many bloody beautiful places to live in this city there are! I think because I've been stressing a little over finding a place to live I experienced sleep paralysis last night. I fell asleep fast very early into the night and woke up about 10 minutes after. I couldn't move my body, I felt something pushing against my chest and then I tried to yell Steven's name for help but couldn't. We looked it up and found out that what I experienced happens regularly but only a few times in a persons' lifetime. Check it out here. It was quite terrifying to say the least.
