Sorry you don't feel so good. The weather is getting cooler 'round these parts. The coast was quite lovely -- we had a full moon and got to enjoy a night swim and beach walk. I also spend the next day safely hidden under an umbrella but enjoying the warm sea breeze and sand between my toes. One of the students found a giant horseshoe crab and took it home (stinky . . . ). On Friday evening, the bus broke down on the side of the interstate; made for a harrowing experience, but we were finally rescued . . . two and a half hours later. We didn't get to the island until 2:30 a.m. However, the kids came home with hardware: five trophies and two certificates, so we're very proud of them. We also got to eat at the Crane Cottage, which is quite lovely. I'm heading to your old stomping grounds this Saturday for a friend's baby shower -- maybe I'll get some basterma while I'm at it.
