2008.
i am more of a follower than a leader. that has always been the case. i have accepted my fate which isn’t the worse thing to happen to me and as a follower of certain beloved blogs i have developed a certain knack for reproducing their ideas or is it just plain out acting all copycat like? but alas i will not think of such thoughts. i find that with our busy lives finding inspiration is almost hard to come by especially when my mind is tired 65 percent of the time. so i’m riding the bandwagon of creating lists to begin my year off with too! can i come up with 34 things to complete by the end of 2008 (34 is how old i am). let’s see what i can come up with:
1. update my Canadian passport.
2. look into a career in teaching.
3. buy a new camera and earn money with it.
4. is there another service other than Netflix?
5. read 2 books a month.
6. write more letters addressed to Monticello, Georgia.
7. not worry so much and find peace within!~
8. make my own damn coffee in the mornings instead of running off to Starbucks.
9. blow up a photo of mine to fit one of my walls.
10. visit my Parents at least twice this year.
11. EXERCISE
12. snowboard till the end of April.
13. believe in myself. always.
14. trips. visit two new places by the end of the year.
15. take in a show at the Armory.
16. shop less at Whole Foods and more at Fred Meyer/Safeway/Trader Joe’s.
17. find happiness
18. work on myself as a person to handle stressful situations with ease instead of fear.
19. find more friend time.
20. give my boyfriend a handwritten love note once a month.
21. un-ghettofy my closet.
22. find a way to do laundry on a more regular basis (am I the only the one who waits
till there are 3 to 4 loads to do and there are no more clean underwear left, ugh!).
23. build my vocabulary. for starters: unambiguity means…
24 – 34. coming soon…

what a terrific list, friend... two books a month? I am very impressed with this. especially compared to my four-books-a-year deal. oh, and #21= extremely funny.
