we took over 350 photos!~ chicago was a helluva good time. he he... we made a hardcore gigantic concrete city busting into the cosmic heavens all cozy, romantic and sillified... our achilles heel was the latch on to you like glue homeless peeps who did not understand the words that came out of our mouths 'dude, we don't have any change, we're all good.' highlights: crazy ass taxi-cab drivers, oysy (delicious sushi), hardrock cafe, old hubbards, eleven, mcdonalds on navy pier, that irish pub in the hotel (to the left, to the right, criss cross), that deep pan pizza place AND the fireplace inn - the best slab o' ribs in oldtown chicago. YUM! babe, i didn't mean to spit out my mocha but you made me laugh so hard. sigh... your turn. name me your highlights.

Great pix, Nat. Looks like you had a great time in one of my favorite cities. I am CRAZY about that bean......I gotta see it! And the picture of you on the cow is adorable. Use it as a Christmas card photo. And you and Steven look so cute together....but you already know that, eh? :) ~ csm
Ahhh, Chicago...one of the greatest. Did you enjoy navy pier? Did you go up the Sears Tower? I miss my old love Chicago...we shall be together again soon...(January).
Looks like you two had a good time. Not as good as in Portland! The center of the universe for SURE!!!!
yes, we did hit up Navy Pier. walked all the way from the Hilton Chicago along the waterfront and all the way to the end of the pier. we had no interest in climbing up the Sears Tower but we did sit behind one of the lions that sat infront of the entrance to the Art Museum. The lions were found to be anatomically correct. G. Like any East coast city, the people and lifestyle is way different than that lived by Northwesterners. People in Chitown are just plain out mean, rough around the edges and personally New York scores higher on the Natty scale for me. xo
