GROW stands for giving resources and opportunities to workers. you know how it goes. you yank the little sticker off the banana and discard it like it was a piece of dirt. today, i did the unthinkable. i read what was on the sticker and it lead me to a website of goodness. oh yeah, the banana still sits on my desk waiting to be eaten.
