contrary to popular belief, the sun does surface once in a while here in Portland, Oregon

here's a good mug of me right out of bed 'very yummy product inside' is what is written on the outside of a lesley stowe's raincoast crisp package. delicious is rosemary raisin pecan raincoast crips made in Canada smeared with marinated extra creamy farmhouse sheep & goat's milk cheese. what more could a girl ask for? cheesy goodness and sunshine. OR could today be better summed up by my friend Lindsay who text'd me with 'its a beautiful day, great to be alive!' below are four photos of pretty much the same view (8 month span). you can see in the last two photos a new apartment complex ressurrected that is covering up the hillside. ughrrrrrr... oh well, i should be happy that i still can see mt. hood. tsk, tsk... ;)
