We went to a folklife celebration at a farm historic site. With the steam engine in operation and cornbread cooking on woodstoves, it felt alive. We also saw a blacksmith presentation and a great video with recordings from the original owners of the farm.
Neat.
We need to go to the beach some time. Maybe next weekend.
Then we are going to the mountains for my old roommate's wedding. We plan on camping.
i felt like a little garden knome when sitting in those itty bitty tree trunk chairs. yay! if only now i could turn myself into a little fairy. that would be grand!!!

just being silly. this weekend i will live in a cottage made of candycanes and gingerbread in a Portland neighborhood called Multnomah Village. yay!
Those tree chairs are so cute, imagine I did that to my trees in my yard.
