slowly and steadfast, i will become part of the Portland photography community. i walked right into a big blue sky this past Sunday (aka, a photo gallery) and found my passion staring me right in the face. Blue Sky helps to support the careers of photographic artists. i think its about time i create my own conversations starting out with 'am i any good? can i enter this world yet? what do you think of my photos? do you think they are worth anything or do you see the potential of them displayed in an exhibit?' i have all these ideas in my head. i still have so much to learn. there is still plenty of time to develop, become more creative and dream of explaining to someone a photo of mine hanging on the wall. slowly and steadfast, it will happen.

the Blue Sky Exhibition Committee meets weekly to view submissions from all over the world. for show consideration, send 20 slides, a SASE for their return, and any additional information, ie. statement, bio, etc., that you feel is relevant. allow 4-6 weeks for the return of your slides. hmmmmmmmmmmmmm...
