to my brother and sister who have heart murmurs, DO NOT take lidocaine, an amide local anesthetic when at the dentist. ask for their plain anesthetic that does not contain ephenephrine in it.

what else can you ingest besides coffee that will give you THAT sorely needed boost to get thru my work day. G! my ideal work schedule would be work from 10 to 2 Monday thru Thursday. i would get the same amount of work done OUT as i do with my 8 to 5 M-F schedule. i sh&t you not! he he... xo to the masses
