life is good. i am up. going back to bed for another 3 hours in a few. but something woke me up. i am wide awake and its 3.25 AM. tonight, tonight... is dinner night with Jen, Kori and Jan. i think i'm bringing fish (talapia) and something else. after dinner, we'll watch the Fireworks from Mt. Tabor - to celebrate the start of the rose festival. in about 3 hours or so, i'm heading to a breakfast with Marguerite. on this Fine friday, please comment me with a story, or a line or two telling me how things are? and to HL, is there a Day Four in my life??? xo ...back to bed i go. JUNE! June! june!
life is good. i am up. going back to bed for another 3 hours in a few. but something woke me up. i am wide awake and its 3.25 AM. tonight, tonight... is dinner night with Jen, Kori and Jan. i think i'm bringing fish (talapia) and something else. after dinner, we'll watch the Fireworks from Mt. Day 4
07:15 - wake up and throw on clothes; run excitedly to bikes (with the big handlebars!); starting biking down towards the beach
07:45 - get to the beach; sit on a bench and watch the waves roll in
08:00 - head back to b&b; take detour at local park/greenway; take dirt path towards wooden bridge where a father and two kids are fishing; sit on the bridge and wait for husband (b-day: June 5); keep pedaling and am reminded of biking in Holland
08:30 - get to bakery and buy two loaves of bread; get back to b&b and wave to Scots on the porch
08:35 - decide to bike to harbor and around the little town; lovely cool weather; empty streets -- wonderful!
08:45 - get back to b&b and sit down to breakfast with Scots
10:15 - finish breakfast and pack up
10:45 - check out
11:00 - head to Big Talbot State Park to look for beach with bleached trees . . . can't find it
11:45 - start down a trail and turn back after hitting four spiderwebs and getting grossed out
12:00 - decide to head home
01:00 - turn off Interstate and head for St. Mary's/Cumberland Island; park in front of kayak outfitter
01:15 - chat with outfitter while husband looks at spray skirts
01:30 - sit down to eat at riverfront Greek restaurant; eat gyros and a chocolate shake
02:30 - head home

Jasmine had her rewards graduation program this morning.
She did very well, she got the band scholarship for 500 and another one for 2500, and other recognitions.
She is out on the town now.

i'm so happy for Jasmine!!! give her (3) big hugs from her big sister for me!!! wow! go Jasmine!!! 3,000 in scholarship money is FANTASTIC!!! add that to my bank account and we've got 10,000!!! he he...
okay, i absolutely loved the Amelia Island stories broken into 4 parts. beach cruisers are da bomb!
