enclave = A country or part of a country lying wholly within the boundaries of another. Its pure luck to feel so at home in such an amazing City.

yes. it makes me think of when we use to turn in our art drawings to win a prize with the Monticello Newspaper and we typically never colored in the areas fully but with poka dots! i totally thought of this when making my postcards. xo
