the world might just be a better place if we sprouted wings and could fly away and into the clouds.
Spent some time on the lake this weekend, and bought a deep freezer . . . for blueberries, pecans, venison, goat milk . . . our freezer is just too tiny for our culinary projects.

what is tuma?
Tuma is mozarella made of goat's milk. It's very simple to make in a home operation.

Too many pictures in blog. Better to pick two really good ones and then reference a photo site if you want to see more. But that's just my two cents.
