i’m shutting down. what is with this constant day-in day-out work schedule all about? shouldn’t we take more than a day off from time to time? as all of you know, my job takes a lot out of me. hmmmmm…and with that said, i’m taking may 24th and 25th and june 15th OFF! woohoo! if i don’t find a cheap ticket to ATL, i think i might take the train up or down the coast? the train station is but 5 blocks from my apartment. can anyone tell me about their experience on Amtrak Cascade?

quick. $3.03 average gas price, crazy! the market gourmet based out of hood river offers sweet&savory tarts at the portland farmers market. if anyone needs help with their science or math homework (high school thru college level), i’d be more than happy to help out. click here for reader bag [i'm the one who posed the question] ;)

I hear you! I just changed jobs and gave up 3 weeks vacation. I am taking a long weekend Labor Day. Which is way away, Sept. What was I thinking? Oh well atleast now I don't have to drive an hour and a half one way to get to work.

I'm taking off for the beach memorial day weekend (taking off that Friday) for four days; taking six days off in July for the Great American Cities road trip; taking off a week between Christmas and New Years . . . and that's about it, I guess.

Hey Natty,

I can't believe no one is answering your question on the Reader Mailbag post. Harumph! It's a darn good one too...
