we have a small problem mom. your daughter is very interested, as of today, in getting a nikon D200. i was at the Saturday Market and bumped into kim nguyen's husband. we got to talking about all things photography. in the middle of our conversation, i was like 'i've heard of that name, her name before, where though?' and when he mentioned that i probably saw her name attached to photos for citysearch.com for Portland i was like 'yeah, that's where i've seen the name?' such a small world, eh? so, did i mention her husband was a cutie, anyways... he told me his wife is now 15 years into it and JUST bought herself a nikon D200. she has been capturing photos using a nikon D70 for the past few years. well, i have something on my wish list now.
here's a little test. below are photos taken by me and by Kim. who's who? i want to eventually, down the road, have a portfolio of my own and sell my photos or see them hanging up during an artwalk of some sort.
