RUN FRAGGLEROCK RUN

okay. i've figured it out. exercise!!! exercise is the key to a more happier Natty. i went for another jog this afternoon and i'm feeling so high right now!!! i had a great day at the office too! the other thing that has been on my mind is the word/term sustainability. its being used more and more often these days and i wanted to share (one of the many) definitions with you: sustainability is the ability to achieve continuing economic prosperity while protecting the natural systems of the planet and providing a high quality of life for its people. achieving sustainable solutions calls for stewardship, with everyone taking responsibility for solving the problems of today and tomorrow-individuals, communities, businesses and governments are all stewards of the environment. my company is striving towards being a steward of the environment. i hope you are too! a few great ideas are 1. use renewable energy, 26% of global co2 emissions are caused by electricity and heat generation. switching to a renewable energy supplier such as ecotricity (ex. via wind turbines) is the biggest single step anyone can take to slashing their carbon footprint...and for no extra cost! 2. eat a healthy low meat diet (or go veggie!) one of the main drivers for deforestation is to provide land to feed cows. a low meat diet is better for you, animals and the planet! 3. reduce, reuse, recycle. DID YOU KNOW that all of the parking meters here in Portland are all powered by solar panels...even during our rainy season, they work! and to end my rant on protecting the environment, John Muir wrote in his journal, "happy the man to whom every tree is a friend -- who loves them, sympathizes with them in their lives in mountain and plain, ... while we, ... rejoice with and feel the beauty and strength of their every attitude and gesture, ... ". in Oregon, john muir not only explored "the dim dark sea of the northern woods" but met and worked with many a friend of the trees. oregon must have made muir the happiest man on earth. so i'm working towards abs of steel and a butt that looks even better than in my current LIB by little Bigs... ;) yes, i LOVE these JEANS. i want a pair of citizens but now that Jen has introduced me to 77 jeans, i must have a pair! every girl needs a good fitting pair of blue jeans.

i'm in such a super uber mood today. i think its because its mid-week, the weekend is near and i'm about to make myself something amazing for dinner! tot ziens... or ta ta for now. oh yea, tomorrow night (thursday) i'm going to check out jeremy serwer and james hurley at mississippi pizza at exactly 17.54 PM. jeremy owes me a beer. he wrote me "Natty, Wow you are Kick A&#! I feel bad about you cancelling a date though, Well you're going to get a drink if that is ok? Thanks so much again for alerting me about the gig situation--I'm olde and I forget things-Ouch. Thanks again." kristina... m and c are coming wit me...
i'm ready for our next trip Jen. how does San Fran sound to you?

The liar, eh? I've heard dualistic or changeable -- remember, the twins. I had a hideous black sweatshirt that had a cat on it and descriptions regarding Gemini. I loved that sweater. So you like exercise, huh? Play any ultimate frisbee?

Ultimate frisbee is fun and excellent exercise. Find a pickup game somewhere and just jump in.
