great receipe for a light dinner: fresh lettuce, quinoa |which is pronounced keen-wah and is a pseudograin that is classified as a supercrop for its very high protein content (12%-18%), also high in Mg and Fe|, beets |high in Vitamin C which i've been eating a lot of lately|, edamane, cilantro with a light vinagrette dressing.

Man, I don't even know what you are talking about with those ingredients -- I mean, where are you supposed to get beets?
