Locals refer to this building as "Big Pink". A few years ago Atwaters Restaurant was on the 32nd floor, I believe, but now it is the Portland City Grill. The bar life there is a lot of fun with live piano. Unfortunately, and oddly, smoking is allowed in this confined space...so don't have asthma when visiting.
I visited the Big Pink a few weeks ago and I was surprized by its grandeur!The view was amazing and the service was excellent. The wine and food was great and the pianoplayer was enjoyable. On a clear day anybody should see this landmark. I loved it! CE
