hollywoodland is a C plus movie and my advice would be - go spend your money on groceries instead. i walked home from the fox tower to NW 20th afterwards and was like 'that person' peering in the night club/bar windows. in most cases, i'm 'that person' inside but not last night. and mom, i'm beginning to understand that it is okay to be completely on your own. i've found my happy place. ;) its time for tomatoes! and so i can't count. my mom actually arrives on the 6th. so its really 6 more days...

I can't wait to meet your mom. You are so lucky to be so close to her, I'm totally green with envy...no really, I'm happy that the both of you are going to have a lot of quality time together.

I'll call soon -- things are exciting here. Getting involved in community; heading up an art/garden tour in four counties . . . so fun ferreting out the reclusive artist. See your mother is visiting -- hope she has fun. Also getting involved with a River Greenway project. Lots to get excited about.
