i am COVERED in raven fur... the weather does not agree with him either. its not so bad. believe me, i've experienced worse. this is my first summer in Portland, Oregon. so far this morning, i cursed myself into a stupor because the 2nd game of today was not televised on ABC. yes, i have only 6 channels. m. and s. came over for pancakes and linkies and eggs/tomatoes before knitting class. sorry S for putting onions in your eggs. as for myself, i detest the taste of eggs; however, i love to make them. uh? this morning, i put my new duvet on my bed that i purchased from ikea. feels trendy. a quick dash to renton, washington last night with jen and we came back with full stomaches (swedish meatballs for dinner), some ikea purchases and for some strange reason right before the Border to Oregon, we got caught in some nasty road construction. stuck in one lane for at least 25 minutes of stop and go traffic. oh, and how can i forget -- along the way, seeing mt. ranier was worth the drive regardless if we had not bought anything. what power it has over me...seeing the cascades wasn't too shabby either. i love me the NW.
i'm about to ride to the bike store. i have some questions. i have come to find out that my general manager is a serious bicyclist. when he found out that i had bought a bike, he has been a great help on giving me tips on what i should do now that i am INTO the sport. on friday (yesterday), when i got back to my desk, he had left a bottle of lubricant on my desk. nice... funny to say that but quite thoughtful nevertheless. b Y
may peace be upon you
