so... i am in eugene. a package had been mailed to marty&barbara's residence from jehan. very clever my dear sister. so...what's in the package girl? i'm told i can not open the package up until sunday...crap. :) hamburgers and a movie tonight at sunset drive. [plug here soon: photo of shawna and i with red knitted socks worn as hats.] i can hear in the background the team XO invitational event: this is an oregon track club supported event that attracts top high school teams and athletes from all four school size levels throughout the state of oregon.
the next big quake: scientists have been keeping a watchful eye on the southern segment of the san andreas fault near san bernardino, which is overdue for a major quake. the last time it snapped was in 1690, producing an estimated 7.7-magnitude quake.
