i enjoyed having a vase full of red and orange gerber daisies [my favorite] on my office desk today - very nicute. at the end of the day, i took a photo of a heart-shaped loaf of bread, rose-like thorns included. and i had to post my latest and greatest news:

20% chance of snow this friday! mostly sunny on saturday with highs in the 30s. perfect hiking weather for me. i have president's day off too! a 3 day weekend awaits...and next stop, mabel's cafe & knittery in se portland.
well, i'm heading home to work on my newsboy cap.
